Our Mission & Vision

Our History

Gospel Life Christian Academy is a school born out of a vision that our Pastor and his wife have about reaching our community for Christ. We started in the fall of 2020 and are excited at what the future holds for us.

As of now, we are only accepting students from K-4 through the 10th grade. It’s our desire to grow in addition of one class until we reach the 12th grade. Our first graduating class is on track for the 2025-2026 school year.

Gospel Life Christian Academy is dedicated to acquainting each student with the person of Jesus Christ and helping him to know that God has a plan and a purpose for his life. After reaching the students for Christ, our goal is to send them out as well-trained Christian leaders of tomorrow, serving in whatever area of life the Lord has called them. Our curriculum consists of Abeka Book. The present curriculum is planned to fulfill the State of Texas requirements for graduation.

Our school will use a hybrid system in the early years. This means that there will be some classes that are teacher taught in the classroom and where we need to fill in the holes, we will use Abeka’s streaming service that uses first class teachers appropriate for each grade and class level.

When a class has to do streaming, there will be an in-class assistant to help and guide the students with any questions they may have.

Our Vision & Purpose

We desire that Gospel Life become a Training Center in Biblical Discipleship as well as a gospel-centered education that is anchored within a Biblical worldview . We want to see a generation of young people grow up with a firm foundation of what is Biblical and Gospel-Centric.

As a ministry, we grow devoted, lifetime followers of Jesus Christ through gospel-saturated environments. Our mission is to partner with parents in engaging the mind through academic excellence and Biblical values by cultivating the heart (growth) through spiritual emphasis and acting in service for God and others.

We believe that it’s easier to train boys and girls than it is to repair men and women. It’s our desire at Gospel Life Christian Academy to have a school that trains our students with a foundation that is built upon Jesus Christ and upon His Word.

Acts 17:6, “These that have turned the world upside down.”

It is possible to Impact the World for Christ and we believe it starts with the training of our children through the unequivocal truths of God’s Word. God’s Word is our guide and our only foundation for what we do, say, and act, as well as how we live the life that God has enabled us to live.

Gospel Life Christian Academy is an educational institution created as a ministry of Gospel Life Baptist Church. Our teachings and philosophies are founded on Biblical truths as interpreted by Gospel Life Baptist Church, a Bible-believing, Gospel-Centric local church (1 Timothy 3:15).

We desire that Gospel Life become a training center in biblical discipleship and a solid Christ-centered education. We believe that  education is so much more than just an academic knowledge. We desire to instill character and integrity in our students. To accomplish this, we believe that all subjects should be taught with great emphasis of God's Word helping them understand, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge” (Proverbs 1:7).

We want to see a generation of young people grow up with a firm foundation of what is Biblical and Gospel-Centric.
